How to Apply

Supported Internship
In order to join the Supported Internship programme, students need to be between the ages of 18-25 and have an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) that indicates employment or supported employment as being their next stage.   Most of our students have a mild-moderate learning difficulty, autism or social/emotional or mental health support need but we can be very flexible in terms of our admissions.

You are welcome to come on a tour of the College and have a meeting with one of your team so that we can tell you more about the programme and we can understand more about any potential students you may be supporting.

With this programme, students remain on roll with you and come to us for one day a week.  The current model is based on having 3-5 students for a fixed day each week, with the education partner sending a member of support staff and Lighthouse Futures Trust providing a Job Coach.  The current cost is £65 per day per student, with sessions following the academic year.
