Thanks to funding from a range of private Trusts & Foundations, we are able to offer 1-1 bespoke advice to young adults with support needs who are not able to access our other programmes. This may be because they are not aged 18-30, don’t have an EHCP or because they don’t want to enrol on a more formal programme.
Talent Recruitment starts with accessing a 6-week series of seminars, delivered face-to-face and/or online. These cover all the key areas you need to know about when job-seeking: where to look; how to write a c.v.; how to prepare for interview. There tends to be 6-10 people on each seminar and they are informal and interactive. At the end of the programme, you can then access some 1-1 support as follows: help with applying for specific jobs; mock interviews; help with preparing for a specific interview.
