Meet Our Employer Partners
Crag House Farm
Crag House Farm is the headquarters of the Christian charity Caring For Life. The 125-acre farm provides 12 therapeutic daytime projects for people supported by the charity. The social enterprise was established in 2008 and has since developed a restaurant, farm shop, coffee shop and nurseries.
An internship at Crag House Farm can lead to a wide range of opportunities, from hospitality to horticulture and gardening. These roles provide valuable, transferable skills that can be used in future jobs, including cafés, restaurants and garden centres, as well as green-sector roles such as gardening, greenkeeping and wildlife work.
Denton Reserve
With sustainability at the core of everything they do, Denton Reserve combines a landscape restoration project of national significance, with food production and the creation of unique hospitality and wellness experiences that help people reconnect with the outside world and themselves.
This internship could lead to wide ranging opportunities, from roles in gardening and horticulture, learning new skills such as dry-stone walling, restoring the historic walled garden and growing seasonal produce for
the first time in over 60 years, leading to a diversified model of agroforestry.
