What are your entry requirements?
We work with young people between 16 to 25 years old with an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP). They should also want to to get into work.
Can we come for a look round?

Where are you based?
We have two college sites in headingley, within a five-minute walk of each other.

What is your Ofsted rating?
At our 2023 inspection, we achieved ‘Outstanding’ in two areas, and ‘Good’ in two others, leading to an overall ‘Good’.
How long can you be at Lighthouse Futures Trust?
This can depend upon when you join us. The traditional path through our college would be to join us as a Pre-intern (one or two years, depending on the individual) which moves to a one-year Supported Internship.
What ongoing support is there?
We offer an Associates programme for students still looking for paid employment at the end of their supported internship. These sessions support finding, applying, and interviewing for roles.
What is available for parents/carers?
We run a monthly parent/carer peer support group for parents/carers of current and past interns.
