Concerns, complaints & compliments
If you are unhappy about something or have a concern, we want to hear about it. We will then try to discuss with you and remedy the situation as soon as possible.
To enable us to respond to your concerns quickly, you should speak to your young person’s job coach in the first instance, and they will try to resolve the issue for you. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with their response, your issues will be escalated to the appropriate member of the senior team.
If you feel that you would like to make a complaint in writing, you can do so by emailing info@lighthousefuturestrust.org.uk. A copy of our Complaints Policy can be found on our website.
